Each Colección Club edition is produced in a closed run after its announced closing date. These conditions distinguish future renewals from an edition already confirmed for production.
1. Before the collection closes
You may cancel the current reservation before the collection’s published closing date. If the charge has already been collected, the system will automatically request a full refund through the original payment method.
2. After the collection closes: no withdrawal or return
Every piece is manufactured exclusively for the member who reserved it, with an individual number and a certificate linked to that member. Once the published closing date and time have passed, the order enters personalised production and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: the product cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned and its price is not refundable. This is the exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Mandatory rights concerning defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
3. Defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, contact coleccionclub000@gmail.com with the order number, a description and, if possible, photographs. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Transport damage should preferably be reported within 48 hours to make carrier verification easier; a later report does not remove statutory rights.
4. Subscriptions and member number
Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically until cancelled. If cancellation occurs after a collection closes, that confirmed edition remains payable and will be delivered, while future renewals and shipments stop. The member then has 7 days to subscribe and pay again while retaining the number. After that period the member number is permanently retired. Existing certificates, assets, history and digital passports remain intact.
5. Mandatory local rights
If consumer law in your country grants rights that cannot legally be waived, those rights prevail over this policy.
