1. Data we process
We may process identification and contact details, billing and delivery addresses, account credentials, size and membership preferences, order and subscription history, payment status and identifiers supplied by the payment provider, customer-service messages, digital-certificate or NFC ownership records, and technical information such as IP address, device, cookies and security logs. We do not store full card details.
2. Why and on what basis
- Contract: to create and administer your account, process orders and recurring subscriptions, manufacture and deliver collections, provide support and maintain certificates and ownership records.
- Legal obligations: accounting, tax, consumer, anti-fraud and any marketplace reporting duties that apply.
- Legitimate interests: service security, fraud prevention, defence of claims and proportionate service improvement.
- Consent: marketing messages and non-essential cookies, where applicable. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Recipients and international transfers
Data is shared only when necessary with hosting and technology suppliers, payment providers, carriers, email and customer-service providers, accounting or legal advisers and public authorities. If a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law will be used.
4. Retention
Data is kept while the account, order or subscription relationship remains active and afterwards for the periods required by tax, accounting and consumer law or to address possible claims. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Security records are retained only for a proportionate period.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to coleccionclub000@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.
6. Minors, security and changes
The service is not directed at minors. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no online system is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the current version will always be published on this page.
